Bachelor’s Degree Requirements:

- 30 Credit Hours of Residency Courses
- 9 Credits of Upper-Level Major Residency Courses
- Minimum G.P.A. in the Major: 2.50
Bachelor of Architecture Admissions Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Verbal SAT score of 530 or higher or
- Math SAT score of 540 or higher, or
- Two Letters of Recommendation and/or Teacher Evaluations

Students will undergo portfolio review after ARC 204 and ARC 408. A minimum grade of “C-” is required in all courses applied to the degree. Students who earn a grade of less than “C-” in a required Architecture course, or whose average falls below 2.0, will be placed on architecture department probation for one semester. A student who achieves a 2.0 GPA or above and receives a grade of “C” or higher in all required Architecture courses at the end of the probation term, will be removed from academic probation. A student who fails to remediate their probationary status in one semester will be dismissed from the Architecture program and will be required to reapply for admission. Any student who earns a grade less than “C-” in a required Architecture course during their first year in the degree program will be dismissed from the Architecture program and will be required to reapply for admission. |
