• Minimum Cumulative G.P.A.: 2.00
• 30 Credit Hours of Residency Courses
• 9 Credits of Upper-Level Major Residency Courses
• Minimum G.P.A. in the Major: 2.50

Program Major Requirements (45-51 Credit Hours):

• JUS 103 - Foundations of Criminal Justice 3 CR
• JUS 121 - Criminal Law 3 CR
• JUS 363 - Comparative International Justice Issues 3 CR
• JUS 488W - Senior Seminar and Capstone Experience 3 CR

Other Program Requirements (9-11 Credit Hours):

• ENG 317W - Professional Writing 3 CR
• Complete a two-semester sequence of the same Foreign or American Sign language sequence ​6-8 CR

Remaining General Education Requirements (25 Credit Hours):

This section is waived for those who hold a prior bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution.

• Complete any 100-level Communications course 3 CR

• No Concentration: Complete 37-39 credits of any 100-level or higher general electives to reach the required 121 credit hour requirements. These credits may be taken through additional JUS classes or through classes outside of Justice Studies. 
• Criminal Justice Concentration: Complete 40-42 credits of any 100-level or higher general electives to reach the required 121 credit hour requirements. These credits may be taken through additional JUS classes or through classes outside of Justice Studies.
• Pre-Law Concentration: Complete 34-36 credits of any 100-level or higher general electives to reach the required 121 credit hour requirements. These credits may be taken through additional JUS classes or through classes outside of Justice Studies.
