Students seeking the Paralegal Studies Certificate are required to take the following courses in addition to the mandatory courses in the Pre-Law Concentration in order to gain their Certificate:

• JUS 212 - Real Estate Transfer Procedures     (elective option)
• JUS 218 - Estate Administration    (option within the concentration)
• Complete one of the following:
  • JUS 222 - Family Law   (option within the concentration)
  • JUS 294 - Paralegal Practicum   (elective option)
