CIS 455 - Data Quality and Cleaning

In a world of big data, data cleaning is a critically important skill that has a robust set of theories and practices associated with it. This course will detail theories of data cleaning and will give students the opportunity to practice techniques with real and spoofed datasets. This course is cross-listed with DSC 455.

Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing or (CIS 110 and CIS 150) or permission of the instructor.
