COM 102 - Interpersonal Communication

This course provides students with both the practical tools and the theoretical models that guide everyday interaction and various forms of communication. The course examines ideas around perception of the self and of others, barriers to communication and how to adapt to different situations. In-class work relies on exercises and media examples in order to demonstrate both verbal and nonverbal modes of communication.
