Practicing mindfulness–exercising our ability to be present, engaged, and aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions in the moment–holds myriad benefits for learners and educators alike. Mindful teachers teaching mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety, promote focus and deeper engagement, and improve both academic and behavioral outcomes.
Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing or permission of instructor.
