HUS 470 - Internship9 CR
This capstone course offers students the opportunity to work under supervision in a public or private sector agency for 24 hours per week for a semester (336 total hours). Students will apply knowledge and skills of human services work in their internship setting and in their coursework. In addition, attendance at the live seminars is required. This course requires video conferencing throughout the semester.
Minimum grade of “C” is required in this course to meet degree requirements.
Prerequisite(s): Senior status and completion of and HUS 223 - Professional Practice Seminar and HUS 270 - Practicum and HUS 316 - Applied Professional Ethics for Human Services and HUS 349 - Supervision in Human Services and HUS 368 - Assessment and Planning .
