CIS 262 - Switching and Routing

This course describes the architecture, components, and operations of routers and switches in a small network. This course will cover various aspects of switching and routing to include, Dynamic Trunking Protocol (DPT), Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), StateLess Address Auto Configuration (SLAAC), Wireless LAN (WLAN) technology, and First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP). This course will cover how to mitigate cybersecurity threats and to configure endpoint security using various authentication protocols.
