ARC 305 - Architectural Design: Housing Studio

This course explores pre-design and site design as they relate to housing within the context of a specific tectonic system. Topics may include programming, building codes, analysis of site characteristics including context, urban fabric, sustainability, and climate in the development of a project design.

Prerequisite(s): ARC 204, ARC 251 and ARC 261.
Co-requisite(s): ARC 221 and ARC 231, or permission of instructor.
