ARC 231 - Architectural Materials and Methods3 CR
An introduction to the materials used in architectural design solutions with an emphasis on design, integration, properties, sustainable use, and structural limitations. Students will participate in hands-on activities related to various materials. Materials to be covered include brick, concrete and other masonry products, structural steel, metals, glass, wood, plastics and composites.
Prerequisite(s): ARC 204 or permission of instructor.
