Associate Degree Requirements:

• Minimum 61 Credit Hours
• Writing Intensive Course
• Minimum Cumulative G.P.A.: 2.00
• 15 Credit Hours of Residency Courses
• 9 Credits of Major Residency Courses
• Minimum G.P.A. in the Major: 2.00

Program Requirements (40 Credit Hours):

• COL 123 - Learning & the College Community 3 CR to be taken within the first 30 credit hours
• ENG 101 - College Writing 3 CR or  ENG 317W - Professional Writing  or  ENG 210W - Writing for Allied Health   
• ENG 102W - Introduction to Literature 3 CR
• Complete any 100-level HTY course 3 CR
• MAT 100 - Mathematics and Its Applications 3 CR or higher-level math course
• Complete any 100-level laboratory science course 4 CR 

General Electives (21 Credit Hours):

At least one creative studio/performance arts course preferred. If COL 123  is waived by the advisor, 3 additional credits of General Electives must be taken, for a total of 24 credits.

• Complete 21 credits of any 100-level or higher electives 21 CR
