Admissions Requirements:
To be considered for admission to the Master of Science in Cybersecurity, all applicants must submit the following items no later than August 1 for fall admission and November 1 for spring admission. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis.
- Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
- UMA Graduate Online Application
- Essay stating the reasons for pursuing this degree, professional goals, and how this degree will contribute to these goals.
- Applicants submitting all of the above listed required items will be holistically reviewed and may be invited to participate in a mandatory interview with program faculty prior to an admission decision.
Admission is Selective
Program Major Requirements (24 Credit Hours):
Capstone/Thesis Requirement (6 credit hours)
Students must select either a capstone project or thesis.
