PSY 336 - Disaster, Climate, and Society3 CR
Students will learn about the human dimensions of disaster and climate change, including the emergency management and response cycle; interactions between natural and social environments; risk perception and decision making; physical, mental, and social impacts of climate change; planning and preparedness; and differential vulnerabilities and capacities according to demographic diversity. (This course is cross-listed with SSC 336 .)
Prerequisite(s): Any 100-level Social Science course.
