PSY 533 - Psychology of Disaster and Climate Change3 CR
Students will learn about the psychology of disaster and climate change. Students will be able to analyze psychological, political, and cultural factors associated with the disaster response cycle for emergency responders and impacted communities, make near- and long-term planning recommendations for disaster and climate change preparedness, and critically explore options, motivations, and behaviors associated with the psychology of disaster and climate change. (This course is cross listed with TEM 533 )
Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing or permission of the Instructor.
