BIO 351 - Biomedical Ethics3 CR
An analysis of ethical issues arising within modern medicine and the health care professions, such as paternalism and truth-telling, euthanasia, abortion, modern reproductive technologies, nurse-patient and nurse-physician relationships, civic commitment, and allocation of scarce medical resources. (This course is cross-listed with NUR 351 and PHI 351 )
Prerequisite(s): NUR 224 or BIO 320 or 60 completed credits.
