This course will introduce students to the victim’s point of view, to recognize how victims are viewed and treated by social and news media, law enforcement, and the public. This course discusses interpersonal crimes, shared responsibility, victims and the police, victims’ rights and violence within the family. Students will explore real-life topic applications.
