JUS 361 - Mediation Practicum

This course builds practical conflict management and mediation skills for students interested in mediation, conflict management, restorative justice, facilitation, and other methods of dispute resolution. Students will mediate in simulations and actual mediations under supervision of experienced mediators who will assess their skills.
