MTK 103 - Transducers and Processors

This course introduces students to equipment and processes used in the recording studio. This includes transducers such as microphones and speakers, and hardware processors such as microphone preamplifiers, equalizers and dynamics processors. Students will be introduced to the principles of sound, electronics, and mechanics involved in each piece of equipment.
