Communication between organizational or elected leadership and relevant stakeholders comprises a crucial aspect of crisis management. Crisis communication, focused on communication before, during, and after a crisis, is an element of strategic communication. This course will explore the competencies and complications associated with effective crisis communication at the local and global levels.
