Minor Requirements (20 credit hours):
- Complete any Chemistry, Geology, Physics or Science course with a lab 4 CR
- Complete any Chemistry, Geology, Physics or Science course 3 CR
- Complete any Biology course with a lab 4 CR
- Complete any Biology course 3 CR
- Complete any two science courses 6-8 CR
Note: At least one of the courses used to fulfill the requirements above must be at the 300-400 level.
Advising Notes:
- A minimum of 25% of the credits required for a minor needs to be earned at UMA for it to be awarded.
- A student may be awarded any minor as long as no more than six credits of the minor can be used to fulfill the requirements of the student’s major or concentration.
