DSC 100 - Data and Computing Literacy for the 21st Century

As a society, we are constantly surrounded by, producing, and interacting with data. In today’s world, functional literacy, computer literacy, and data literacy are in some sense inseparable. In this course, students will explore the nature of data, how data is collected and transformed into information, and think about the skills necessary in the 21st century to navigate our data-driven world.
