WGS 301W - Classic and Contemporary Feminisms

This is an interdisciplinary introduction to a variety of traditions of feminist thought. The class will examine classic and contemporary writings that provide multiple perspectives on gender, sexuality, race, and class, among other topics, and explore a range of texts in order to understand the history, breadth, and diversity of feminist thinking.
